"My husband and I were extremely pleased when LeLe agreed to work with us on purchasing our very first house. She provided us with her time and was willing to meet with us even when the previous agent working with us was unavailable to meet on several scheduled occasions. In fact, they never reached out to reschedule a visit. It wasn’t by chance that LeLe Richardson was always present and available, we realized that her faith was extremely strong and we connected by the grace of God. Due to circumstances beyond our understanding to this very day, prior to meeting with LeLe, we already had a contractual agreement in place on a potential property and had done a walk-through with the construction manager. Finally, a closing date was scheduled and we were excited and beyond happy. Less than 24 hours later, my husband and I received word that we would no longer be closing on the house where we’d recently done our walk-through. We were devastated and could not locate anyone to have a conversation with to explain what happened to our purchasing process. We reached out to the previous agent, who had been working with us, and they could not be reached nor would they return our phone calls. Our persistent communications went unanswered until finally, we reached out to the agent who was always on call, on duty, always answering the phone calls, and taking messages to relate to our former agent that was LeLe, and we met and shared our story with her. She was very interested in what we had to say, however, she couldn’t provide us with information as to why her cohorts were unavailable to us and why the house we were about to close on was no longer available to us for purchase. Her faith, the promise, her concerns, and the dedication she expressed—noting that she would be willing to help us find another house. Through tears and sadness, she gained our confidence and we agreed to meet LeLe at a different subdivision on the following Sunday. LeLe said to trust her because she felt our pain and hurt. We toured about three houses on that day until we came upon "the one". This house was in a better location, a larger house, a more beautiful and family-accommodating house, and it came with the blessings of the agent on duty, and of course with our new real agent, LeLe Richardson. She had the knowledge and the business mindset of an honest, intelligent, and professional Real Estate Agent. God showed us favor and we wrote the new contract on that same Sunday. LeLe stayed by our side during the entire process when we met with the attorneys to close on our home. She explained to us the steps involved and she was indeed our advocate guiding us towards our new house, which we’ve made into a home filled with love. We love our home, and we love our agent!
